Public website privacy notice.
Updated September 4, 2026. This notice covers the public goodDingo marketing site, demo requests, and inquiries sent to its published email address. Product and beta-customer data require separate service terms.
What this site collects
The project version of this website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics, user accounts, or marketing cookies. Standard hosting logs may record technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events.
Demo and contact requests
When online requests are connected, the demo form sends your name, email, organization, organization type, optional message, selected topic, and source page to the goodDingo inquiry service over HTTPS. Required fields are identified in the form. We store the inquiry in a restricted queue, separate from shelter workspaces, and send a notification through Brevo to the team’s monitored inbox. The notification contains an inquiry identifier, not the text of your request.
If the service is not connected, the form states that it is unavailable and cannot be submitted. It does not send your entries or save them in browser storage. Please do not include passwords, customer records, or sensitive care details.
Email links open your email application. Those messages are composed and sent through your own email provider, whose privacy practices also apply. Source topics are used only to route your request; no advertising pixels or analytics are added.
How inquiry information is used
Information you choose to send is used to answer the request, evaluate fit, plan a demonstration or migration, and maintain the resulting business conversation. It is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Business correspondence may be retained while it is relevant to the inquiry, beta relationship, legal obligations, or security. To request deletion of an inquiry, email support@gooddingo.com. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
External links
Pricing sources and other external links lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. If an external booking calendar is configured later, its provider and privacy notice should be disclosed before information is collected.
Product data
This marketing-site notice does not define processing of shelter, adopter, donor, volunteer, medical, or animal records inside the product. Those responsibilities, subprocessors, retention rules, and security controls should be set out in signed beta or service terms before production use.
