Effective July 21, 2026. These terms govern use of the public goodDingo marketing site. Product access, beta participation, support, data processing, and payment require separate written terms.
Informational website
The site describes a developing software product and is provided for general evaluation. Website content is not a service-level commitment, security warranty, or substitute for a signed agreement.
Founding beta and availability
goodDingo is onboarding a limited founding group. Features, timing, onboarding capacity, and product availability may change during beta. Claims labeled “planned” describe current intent rather than a guaranteed release.
Pricing
Published goodDingo pricing is planned launch pricing unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Taxes, payment terms, multi-facility scope, and special services should be confirmed in writing.
Competitive information
Competitive prices and product statements change. goodDingo links primary sources where public sources exist, shows verification dates, and invites corrections. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Permitted use
You may view and share links to the public site for lawful evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, probe systems without authorization, misrepresent the content, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Photographs labeled as illustrative scenes are brand imagery. They do not depict customers, product screens, or endorsements.
